Veggie Soup by the Yellow Carrot

We all know that vegetables are a great source of nutrients for our bodies daily needs. We incorporate vegetables on every meal as a part of non starchy carbohydrates but also a great source of fiber, among other nutrients it provides. Since we recommend at least two fists of vegetables in every meal, it can be challenging for to intake in solid form. Having your vegetables in soup form, is a golden hack as it preserves the vegetable nutrients, and gives a great tasting variation for this important macronutrient.
